Our prices include all duties and taxes currently applicable at date of tariff.  They are subject to alteration should there be any revision of said rights and taxes.  Delivery dates are indicative, delays cannot be penalised nor permit refusal of the goods.  All invoices are payable to St Dizant du Gua.

Non-payment of the goods at the due date regardless of the means of payment will initiate a claim for damages of 15% of the monies owed and the payment of all legal fees and legal interest.

Non-respect of installment schedules will be subject to a penalty set at 3 times the legal rate of interest and compensation of 40 € as a standard recovery charge.  No reduction for early payment.

We reserve ownership of the goods covered by this invoice until full payment has been received (law May 1980).
